Join us for a practical and beginner-friendly workshop exploring herbs and flowers that thrive in Vermont gardens while offering both culinary and wellness benefits.
In this class, you’ll learn about easy-to-grow plants that can be used for flavorful cooking, soothing teas, natural remedies, and everyday “boo-boo” care—all while making the most of your garden space, whether you grow in raised beds, backyard gardens, or containers.

This workshop is designed to be approachable, informative, and inspiring for gardeners, homesteaders, curious beginners, and families alike. A Q&A session may follow for those who’d like to dive deeper into growing and using medicinal plants at home.
A limited number of small aloe plants propagated from the instructor’s 15-year-old South Texas mother plant will also be available for adoption following the workshop.
